They are looking for a Customer Services / Sales Support person to join their awesome team and support the Jet Black Fans business, based in a brand-new building in Patumahoe.

About the role:
Due to their exciting growth in sales, a unique opportunity to join their team as an Automation Service Technician has arisen. This role is based in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, however, there will be travel to the Auckland Head Office and other parts of New Zealand, especially from March to May, so flexibility is a must. You will be an integral member of the team and uphold their values by bringing your hands-on diagnostic and fault-fixing skills, strong work ethic and collaboration skills to their existing hardworking and supportive team.
This role is intended to be predominately focused on supporting our Automation customers while recognising that this work is largely seasonal. In the off-season, the role will cover a diverse range of tasks such as assisting with R&D and machinery construction as well as undertaking machinery servicing across NZ and internationally along with:
