INTRODUCTION

This privacy statement explains how Punchbowl collects, stores, uses and shares your personal information.

The Privacy Act 2020 requires us to tell you certain things about the personal information we need to carry out our functions. This is where we explain our privacy practices and why you can trust us to handle your information with care and respect.

Punchbowl reserves the right to update this Privacy Statement at any time. An updated version will be posted on the website and changes will be effective from the date it is posted.

When you provide us with personal information, or access any of the Punchbowl websites or social media sites containing pages established by or associated with Punchbowl you are deemed to have read this Privacy Statement and to accept and consent to the provisions of this Privacy Statement.

COMPLIANCE

This section explains how we handle privacy complaints and breaches.

If you believe we have not met our obligations under the Privacy Act 2020, you can contact us using the details in the “Your privacy rights and how to contact us” section below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may take your complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
